• Good Mood and Increased Endorphins ~ More laughter in your life leads to a better mood, and when your mood improves everything you do will be positively impacted (personal, professional and social). Laughter Yoga can change your mood within minutes through the release of chemicals in your brain called endorphins, and the increase of endorphins in your body remains throughout the day.
• Stress Relief ~ Laughter Yoga increases the available oxygen in your body and brain, because it is like an aerobic exercise (cardio workout), which results in improved health and energy.
